Introduction	Originally from Green Bay, WI, I moved to Portland,OR in 2006. This state is so awesome, it's one huge playground. In my previous life (in Green Bay) I was an executive with crazy long hours and lots of travel. There was little time to take care of myself, and unfortunately adopted some bad eating habits. Exercise was not possible due to my schedule, or so I thought. I am now working on finding a balance. Healthy eating and daily exercise. Kettlebell training has been the most successful and fun exercise that I have been exposed to. As a result, I am a partner in SKOGG Kettlebell Gym, a fun, new career.
