| Introduction | I was born in right in the heart of the country, in Robin Hoods' very own home town of Nottingham in May 1978. I grew up on a small council estate called Bestwood that boasted one church, three schools; infants, primary and secondary, one pub, a handful of shops and a few playing fields. I left my childhood home on my sixteenth birthday, not for any other reason than to experience 'real life' as 'proper grown up'. I did various different jobs for a year not earning too much and then at 17 I started my 14 year long career as a professional model. It was around this time that I started to take an interest in good health and began to learn how to take the best care of myself so that I could maintain a figure good enough for modelling. After a year of research and two years of cooking for myself, I decided to go vegetarian. Within a matter of around six weeks I noticed I had more energy with my new diet than I'd ever had before and my skin was clearer. My all round health went up a notch or two and I never looked back. I would never touch meat again and let it clog up my system. No way. It was gone forever, and good riddens too! |

Describe the sound of a moist waffle falling onto a hot griddle.
Smash, crash, big deep splash, crackles popping wildly, overreacting as the waffle slowly settles down into it's new environment; all the time getting more accustomed, now steadily it shushes to itself as it seals and firms its newly formed skin.
