| Favorite music | Having survived years of my children repeatedly practicing "Hot Cross Buns" on the recorder, I've reached this point: Almost anything but classic country (which makes me want to hurt someone). Everything from J.S. Bach to Marilyn Manson (since I usually can’t understand the naughty lyrics). Ditto with rap. Ladysmith Black Mambazzo to Modest Mouse. Some 70s rock. Even some Cajun dance hall music. Disco still sucks. And it's true-there's really nothing quite like "Amazing Grace" on the bagpipes. |
