Introduction	Thanks for reading my BLOG. I spent 20 years as a television news journalist, most recently as the main evening anchor at the CBS affiliate in Tampa, Florida. For years, I ate a SAD diet (standard American diet), worked double shifts and didn't take good care of myself. A health scare changed my life in 2002. I started paying close attention to studies about nutrition and soon realized eating fresh, simple foods, cutting down on my exposure to everyday chemicals (cleaners, hairspray, etc) dramatically improved my health. Now I'd like to share the latest natural health news and easy, fresh recipes so you can feel better too.
