Introduction	For the month of February I will be adopting a vegan diet, with Colleen Patrick Goudreau's "30-day Vegan Challenge" to guide me. I will be recording my meals daily as well as penning down thoughts about veganism, vegetarianism, animal rights, health articles etc. I hope that through this blog, the knowledge that I gain from this month long challenge will give you readers an insight on the world of veganism/carnism that I too have only just discovered. Discussion is welcome as we learn to question the status quo. Enjoy :)
