| Introduction | My love of the Arts is sustained by the compelling sculptural forms of Architecture:I have a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Montana State University. It is also fed by a passion for painting. I enjoy playing with oils in styles ranging from the symbolic, such as Romantic and Magic Realism, to Contemporary Realism with an edge. My predilection is Figurative allegory in thought provoking settings that evoke a sense of Classicism. I am represented by the Vacaville Art Gallery and have been shown at various galleries in Solano County. I am Vice President of the Fairfield Visual Arts Association. Some of my paintings are collected in California, Mexico, and Denmark. I am fascinated by the magic of the human figure and awed by the wonders of nature. I love illustrating the interplay of mankind and nature in my paintings, reconciling humanity to the environment, while exploring interpersonal relationships. |
