Introduction	I gave birth to my precious baby girl, Emmaline Elizabeth (aka Emmy) on June 18, 2009, more than 2 months before her due date of September 3. My blog chronicles everything from the moment I found out I was pregnant to her birth and beyond. I feel so blessed to begin the most exciting chapter in my life so far--motherhood!
Interests	I love to read, sing, laugh, cross-stitch and spend time with my family and my dog, Bubby (who's going to be an excellent big brother!).
Favorite movies	The Notebook, Titanic, Dances With Wolves, The Wizard of Oz, It's a Wonderful Life. Just to name a few!
Favorite music	I listen to just about everything except jazz and opera.
Favorite books	The Bible, Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers, Charlotte's Web and the Harry Potter series. My current favorite is What to Expect When You're Expecting.
