| Introduction | I started quilting in 2005 when I moved to Iowa with my significant- other(SO). This move took us away from our families and I needed something to do with my "alone time." Behold my passion for quilting was born! I am the mother of 3 adult children and grama of 2 precious little boys. Last but not least is Anna our spoiled dog, who fills our empty nest. |

| Favorite music | Variety is the spice of life... Love the oldies: classics,country and rock, etc. |
| Favorite books | I have actually read a few books this year but nothing worth mentioning. Reading interferes with my quilting. |
