Introduction	I am a retired teacher. I taught grades from preschool through eighth grade. Most of my years of teaching were in middle school language, reading, and social studies. After retiring I moved to Minnesota to be near my daughter and two grandsons. Currently, the three of them are living with my husband and me. I am the care giver to my husband who is beginning his fourth year in his battle against prostate cancer.
Interests	I enjoy walking on cold winter mornings along our beautiful rivers, lakes, parks. I participate in aquatic aerobic classes. I enjoy attending Sunday School and church services. I also like the Salvation Army and Feed My Starving Children.
Favorite movies	The Apostle, What About Bob, Father of the Bride, Babette's Feast, all Toy Story movies
Favorite music	Swing, light classical, traditional jazz, hymns
Favorite books	Message Bible, Jesus Calling, Secrets of the Secret Place, Shattered Dreams
