| Introduction | One of the things about me is that I am a Celebrant, trained and certified by the Celebrant Foundation and Institute, here in Montclair, New Jersey. Since 2005 I have worked with couples to create, and have officiated at, wedding ceremonies that have ranged from fairly religious to quite civil (admittedly, all of the weddings and civil unions have had no fisticuffs.) This is an extremely rewarding job. When people ask me why I became a Celebrant, I have felt at a loss to answer adequately; hence this blog - maybe I'll find out why. |
