Introduction | I am a penniless poet and painter... an insane writer of nonsense... wandering the beaches of life in search of buried treasure... with my beautiful daughter by my side |
Interests | The full moon... the healing powers of dark chocolate and good wine... divination... empowerment through the written word... the ocean... dark & stormy nights... mad tea parties... kitchen witchery... exploring nature... getting lost on road trips...living a juicy life! |
Favorite Movies | An eclectic mix including "Harold & Maude, " "Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead, " "Phat Girlz, " "Under the Tuscan Sun, " "Breakfast at Tiffany's, " The Godfather Trilogy, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, "Brazil, " the Harry Potter series, any movie directed by Christopher Guest or Tim Burton... and throw in really bad 80's slasher movies and any movie that starred Vincent Price! |
Favorite Music | An even more eclectic mix of James Taylor, Yusuf Islam (aka Cat Stevens), Jimmy Buffett, Joni Mitchell, Frank Sinatra, The Chieftains, Norah Jones, Billie Holiday, Omnia, Simon & Garfunkel, early Billy Joel, Queen, Ella Fitzgerald, Chandra Foxmoor, The Dubliners, Mozart (especially his Requiem Mass), Barenaked Ladies, Buffalo Springfield, BlackEyed Peas, Matchbox 20... maybe throw into the mix "Carmina Burana" and the "Queen of the Damned" soundtrack and I'm a happy girl! |
Favorite Books | Books are my greatest passion- I could not live without shelves of books surrounding me... my favorites include Sarks "Succulent, Wild Woman, " Edain McCoys "Celtic Womens Spirituality, " and the complete works of Edgar Allan Poe, Shakespeare and Lewis Carroll. I adore the Transcendtalist writers (Emerson, Thoureau, etc) as well as the Romantic poets such as Byron, Keats and Shelley... the list could go on and on! |
You get to ride the big roller coaster three times in a row. What will keep your dad from taking a bite out of your candy apple?
In the immortal words of Vincent Price in the movie "The Raven"... "Diabolical Mind Control!"
