| Introduction | I'm the founder of the Kreativity Network (www.kreativity.net) and Adam Shames Consulting, and have taught, facilitated and studied creativity for the past 20+ years. Now based in Chicago (after years in San Francisco), I'm an innovation consultant, facilitator and speaker specializing in leadership retreats, learning seminars and teambuilding events that help organizations build cultures of innovation and collaboration. Recent clients range from Walgreens to Whole Foods to the Federal Reserve to schools and non-profits. I have a master’s degree in education from Stanford University. I'm also executive director of Poetry Pals, an interfaith creativity program bringing young Muslim, Jewish and Christian (and other) kids together to get to know each other and write and perform poetry.
