| Introduction | Founded in 2006, School Choice Illinois is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit education organization dedicated to expanding educational options throughout the State of Illinois. We believe parents should have the freedom to choose the educational options that best meet the needs of their children. Yet, current policies are stifling and prohibit parents from selecting non-traditional public schools and other educational options. Therefore, there is a desperate need for all parents to have access to high-quality K-12 schools. By allowing parents to have educational options, each parent will be empowered to have a say in the future of his/her child. |
