Introduction	Most people know me as Cherry but I publish my books as Sarita Armstrong (my given name). Journeys have been a large part of my life. When a physical journey ends and life becomes more mundane, an inner journey takes over and leads me along new and often exciting paths.My life has always been a combination of activity and inner musings. Barging About is a light-hearted account of my time living on a barge in France. I hope some readers will also be drawn to my books, all of which relate to journeys and other explorations.
