| Introduction | Welcome! My classes are designed to be accessible by most individuals to promote health and wellness. My goal is to incorporate and develop the following into my classes: strength, flexibility, endurance, cardio, suppleness, gentleness, and space. If you are unsure I encourage you to give it a try and see if you like it. You can always hang out in child's pose or simply roll up your mat and leave at anytime if the class is not for you at this time. I hope you'll give it a try and incorporate a bit of yoga into your life! |
