| Introduction | I have been cooking since I was a child, watching and helping my mother make wonderful Mediterranean one pot meals. I have always enjoyed good food and love cooking for friends. But whilst I was working and developing my career in fashion I didn't have much time to do more than warm a ready meal. Now I'm at home and not doing the daily London commute, I have rediscovered my passion for food. I am making up for lost time, cooking as much as possible, whether Mr Glam wants to eat it or not. Reading everything, recipes, food mags, blogs and books on food science (how it all works). So I'm inviting you to join me on my rediscovery of the wonderful world of food (and one or two other musings). I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. GG |
