| Introduction | I am a busy homeschool wife and mother. The recipes on this blog are from my collection of family favorites, cook books and magazines or gifts from friends. When necessary, each one has been adapted to meet my family’s needs. I am gluten intolerant and have an allergy to dairy; these recipes are adapted for that purpose. I did not discover the dairy allergy until recently so any post before 2012 may contain dairy ingredients. Please make your own substitutions where necessary. On top of all that I am a busy wife and mother that home-schools her children and serves as the artistic director for a literature based language arts program. If nothing else comes out of time spent blogging these recipes; it will serve as a place to store my them and as a quick reference, mine as well as yours! Happy Cooking! |
