Introduction	AHMED, is a graduate of Accounting from the Lagos State University, Ojo (2003). He is a Certified Oracle Professional and holds an ITIL v3 Certification. He is an Application Developer currently with Lagos State Internal Revenue Service; he has developed several in-house web based applications amongst which are Human Resource Application, Tax Audit Application, Tax Assessment Application for High Net worth Individual and Procurement Management. He is very versatile in both Web and Windows Application development. With his wealth of experience acquire through application development in various industries from real estate to education, engineering and public service; he implemented the agency's Electronic Communication System, Movement / Biometric Attendance system and coordinates all software and database development, web design projects and software and hardware maintenance. He was a major contributor in the success story of revenue growth of Lagos state Internal revenue Service . He is a member of Information System Audit and Control Association(ISACA), United States of America.
