Introduction	First and foremost I am not a professional baker nor am I liscensed; at best I’m a self-taught amateur who experiments with cakery on a weekly basis. My passion for cake has really blossomed over the past year because I have the greatest of friends and family. Their belief in me and my hobby has keep me happily whipping up batches of buttercream well after my bedtime in hopes that one day, I will get the chance of opening up my own shop. For the time being though, I'll continue experimenting with the various challenges my friends and family bring to me and share them with you. I'm hoping this site will blossum into not only a space to share my latest works with you but perhaps (wishful thinking) a journal of sorts, chronicling my road to opening up Buttercream Love Bakery!
