| Introduction | No, I'm not a fish :) I am a 60-year-old mother of 3, in the mountains of North Carolina, who has always asked questions and valued replies. My agenda is not to increase power of any political party or any corporate or non-corporate business. It is simply to encourage respectful listening and conversation, and perhaps eventually coming to clearer ideas of what is needed for a better world. Like most people who have been on this planet for a while, I have done some things I'm proud of and made many mistakes. I hope the balance will come out as a positive contribution to humanity. When I'm aware of having hurt people, I apologize. When I make a mess, I clean it up as best I can. When I make a promise, I either deliver or attempt to work out the effects of my not delivering. Most people do the same in their personal lives, but a segment of folks in the US forgets to do this in public domains. In this blog I offer some cyberspace where we can listen and speak with respect, and apologize when necessary. No one will insist you hold the same views forever. Change is a sign of life and growth :) |
