| Introduction | Sew-A-Lot is a family run business that began in 1981 by my mother. I was 4. Through out my life I constantly reminded myself that I would never work in the family business. That I could not handle the fine line of when it was family time and when it became about work. But after going to college at EKU and working in the real world, plus mass pursuation from my mother and sister, I came aboard. As of 01/10/07 the Lexington, KY location (my location) has been opened for 2 years, 1 month and 47 days. Many things have happened since I started and I can say it's not always been easy, but when everything is said and done, I'm glad I joined my family and am helping to continue the Sew-A-Lot tradition. |
