Introduction	Born and brought up in the land of five rivers, Punjab, located along northwest frontiers of India I inherited my love for Books from my father. As a student of literature, my romance with written word not only persisted but grew over the years which finally made me gave up my job as a teacher to pursue the career of a freelance writer. While playing with words is what makes up most of my day, poetry is altogether a different thing. It comes to me when it chooses, at the oddest hours and I have absolutely no control over it, whatsoever. The best I can do is to grab and pen and paper and write it down while it’s still there. I live in Ludhiana with my Vikas, my husband and Hubert and Andrea, my joy and pride. At the moment Vikas and I are preparing to go on extended motorcycle tour to rediscover, each other, ourselves and this incredible India!
