| Introduction | I live in the city with my husband and two year old. During the warm months, we love to take advantage of all the city has to offer. As a baby, our son joined us at almost every summer festival the city had to offer, including all three days at Lollapalooza. Now that our son is a toddler, we've come to realize that we need to balance our ideas of recreational activities with his. In trying to find fun family activities every week, I found myself hitting a plethora of websites and publications. I launched this blog out of frustration of spending way too much time planning our week. I hope this site helps simplify the process for other Chicagoland parents.
