Introduction Ok, so I answered some of this above, I really am pretty much about being a mom to Rachel, Brad & wife Traci, Garrett, and Jason, a wife to Mike, daughter to Dale, sister to Jan, and cousin to all of you. My family and my faith come first and foremost with me. It gives me unspeakable joy to see all our kids strongly rooted in their Christian faith and growing and walking with the Lord. I delight in little things, a pretty sunrise, the smell of newly mown hay, a cup of coffee with Dad that turns into a whole pot of coffee and his stories, watching the new baby calves out my living room window every spring, the list goes on and on. I was a county girl in the Sandhills and thought it was the best childhood one could have, now I am a farm wife in mud country and my kids think that their farm childhood was the best they could have had. Guess that makes something of a full circle, and I love it. I have such fond memories of all our "cousin times" and am just so happy we are all doing this together, what a precious gift to each other, this collective sharing of memories and thoughts.
Interests Reading, gardening, puttering around my house and yard, we love camping, fishing, and water sports, I still love to jump on a 4-wheeler and go riding around (remember my yellow Honda 90 on the ranch!) old things/treasure seeking at auctions, junk sales, where ever there might be a find! My biggest and best interest is just being with my family, I love hanging out with my "adult kids" and my husband!
Favorite Movies I love a sappy chick flick, but my favorite movie of all time has to be Dances With Wolves, with Kevin Costner, I love that one so much!
Favorite Music I listen to KLOVE, a nation wide Christian radio station most of the time, but I aslo like oldies, and I have a real fondness for the group Rascal Flats, love their slow story telling songs.
Favorite Books My Bible, my favorite book is Romans, anything by Max Lucado I just love his style, just finished a book called Daniel Isn't Talking about an autistic boy and what his mom when through to get him diagnosed, I love historical fiction (1800s, not before), I always have at least one book I am working on and multiple magazines, I love to read anywhere anytime.

When you've got water stuck in your ear, how do you get it out?

Well I don't know about water but I got a little bug in my ear canal mowing last summer, drove me nuts, Mike had to hold a flashligt up to my ear in a pitch dark room and after about 4 minutes the little thing crawled out toward the light. Needless to say I smashed it, it was a horrible feeling to have it in there. Is that random enough for all of you?
