| Introduction | My name is Greg and I am a graduate student of Health and Exercise Science at Wake Forest University. My career in endurance athletics began as a runner at The University of Miami. Thanks to some injuries I started racing bikes and competing in triathlons and duathlons. In 2010 I traveled to Edinburg Scotland to compete in the Duathlon World Championship, where I finished first in my age group, the first American, and 10th overall. I am a runner, category 2 bike racer, and triathlete. In this I will write about racing, training, science, and life. |
