Introduction I have an extensive career of around 30 years working in the communication sector in international organizations, public affairs and the private sector. I hold a degree in law that was further developed with a Master in International Relations and M.Phil in Russia and Eastern European Studies from Oxford University. I worked for the UN for 11 years. Since 2004, as Advisor at the Spanish MFA. At the same time as electoral observer for the OSCE and the EU in the South Caucasus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Russia, Cambodia and Zambia. My long term field experience was as Press and Public Information Officer (PPIO), periodically acting Chief of PPIO and Spokesperson in Georgia, one year working for the EU Monitoring Mission (EUMM) (2008/2009). Then, I was focal point for World Microcredit Summit at the Spanish Agency for Cooperation and Development (AECID), (2010/2012). I combine both field missions with research and consultancy jobs. I lectured conferences or courses at different Universities in Spain and published several articles and books and papers. I have been international freelance consultant. At present Adviser of International Communication of Energy Infrastructure Company.
