| Introduction | I recently completed my Master's in Food Science at the University of Arkansas. Before I graduated, I got the opportunity to spend 5-months in Toulouse, France researching wine and expriencing the gastronomy of southwest France and many parts of Europe. Upon my return, I joined the "Happily-Married-Man" Club and brought my 2-person family to settle down in Napa Valley, California. To become an ultimate foodie, I am now pursuing a two-year Associate of Occupational Studies degree at the Culinary Institute of America-Greystone located in St. Helena, California. Throw in a little bit of cycling, a Christian heart, and a desire to take over a small piece of the world and you have me. |
