Introduction	Last semester in my search for classes this fall, I knew I wanted fun, practicality, meshed with things I love. So of course, when I heard photojournalism, I was ecstatic. I thought of all the pictures I would take and how fun it would be. Little did I know photojournalism is much more than taking a SNAPSHOT and posting it to a blog. It’s about how a photograph can tell a whole story and how you can show emotion, death, life, passion, aspirations, hope, peace, war, love, harmony, hate, crime, religion, culture, a journey, an end, all with one click of a piece of machinery. Within the first week, my whole view of this class has changed; it’s more than taking photographs, but determining the reality that lies within them. With this blog I hope to show my journey in getting engulfed in the world of photojournalism. It’s going to be a long journey, but as you reflect on each photograph, I hope you see the stories, the realities that lie deep within.
