| Introduction | I am an independent marketing communication professional who enjoy writing and sharing ideas and experiences with others. During my 21 years working for IBM Indonesia and doing various marketing and communication events, I got experiences and thought that I can share with you. I started my career as secretary then moved to marketing communication function. Along the way, I experienced and learnt many aspects of working in a multinational company, as well as in some individual projects -- and I think some of them might be inspired for other. As in daily working environment I used to work with young workers, young job seekers. In many instances I coach them to be a better professional.
