| Introduction | I have been married for 14 years to a wonderful man who is my soulmate. We are currently in the process of finding a birthmother that will place her child with us in an open adoption. We have always, as a couple, wanted to be parents. It seems our path to parenthood is by way of adoption, due to medical issues. We are very, very excited at the prospect of finally being parents. Both of our families are supportive and excited for us. The baseball portion of this blog should probably be all sports, but my passion (along with the hubby) is with baseball. Particularly the Chicago White Sox. I have been a fan since birth and have converted the hubby, since he is not originally from the Chicago area. We both also enjoy basketball, football, hockey, pretty much any team sport. So in making this blog, it would be a tragedy not to include our shared passion. |
