When you open your eyes underwater, do you ever worry that you'll drown?

Open my eyes underwater?!?! One would have to first open their eyes to even consider what happens next LOL! Doesn't that burn in a pool? If ever in body of beautiful, water that isn't chlorinated I'll try it and letcha know what happens...if I don't drown that is!
