| Introduction | I am a MIxologist, the guy who grew from a bar helper to bar general manager and now an educator, teaching Hotel and Restaurant management stuff in a University in the Philippines. Out of sense of pride and nationalism, I never worked abroad and stayed rooted in the Phils, where i worked in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years now, like a rolling stone, picked up a lot of "moss" along the way.
