| Introduction | "Women are like teabags, you never know how strong they are until you put them in hot water" ~ Eleanor Roosevelt Life leads us all in funny directions, two years ago life a classically bad seperation lead me to re evaluate just what I wanted out of mine. And so I find myself a fish out of water in Alabama, beginning an externship at a restuarant and three months away from a diploma in Pastry.
