| Introduction | Deb and I have been trying to get into shape. Round isn't a shape and we want a healthy body to take us through the next 50 years of our lives. This is a shared blog with our stuggles, our goals, our ideas and what we find works and doesn't work for us. It's our way to stay connected and to learn from each other and from anyone that wants to join us along the way. I am sure this blog will also share our lives because really taking care of ourselves also mean taking care of others and it all goes hand in hand.
