Interests	Selling an older home presents unique challenges. It takes special care and attention to detail when marketing your home. How do you explain to a buyer things like a foundation settling, knob and tube wiring, squeaky floor boards, the possibility of lead based paint, etc? These situations can scare buyers away, but not when I'm your Realtor. I understand how important it is to focus on your homes special and unique characteristics which attract buyers interests. Home features such as, period architectural and historical details, fine woodworking, period fixtures, original hardwood floors, ornate moldings actually made of wood and quality workmanship. Your realtor needs to understand older homes and how to market them. I have sold many quality older homes with unique characteristics. My specialty is turning issues into selling features.
