Introduction I am the detail obsessed. Briggs-Myers calls me an INFJ. Texture, color and shape make my heart race. I believe we subconsciously choose our careers based on hungry childhood needs. Life is an art supply store where we find the materials to create our life's masterpiece.
Interests Passions: The arts, art journaling, knitting, creating culture in a cultural desert, workshopaholic, bookaholic, design, writing, Toastmasters, coaching and inspiring others to live their dreams and stay excited about their lives.
Favorite Movies "Art School Confidential", "Something's Gotta Give", "The Death Artist", any of the "Stomp" movies, anything that shows what people have created whether it's scratching, beatboxing, poetry slamming, Bobby McFerrin concerts, Steven Wright performances (or other comedians) or How-To films or documentaries that educate or reveal visual truths.
Favorite Music Right now the music that keeps me creating is Doris Day's 'Submissive Woman Hits of the 60s' (my name for it). It reminds me where woman used to be back then and that unleashes enough emotion to keep me creating for days! After Doris Day, I'll play Biggie Smalls to balance things out. Other music going on in the studio: "The Soundtrack to the Wizard of Oz." "TV Themes of the 60s-80s" and any 'runway music' I can find. It gives the studio the right feel to create. Hey...whatever keeps ya in the studio!
Favorite Books Artist's Way, any wild knit/design books, anything Tolle, anything Rick Jarow, How-To books or whatever keeps humans inspired.

What was the stage name of your favorite actress before she was born?

What was the stage name of your favorite actress before she was born? I think this autogenerated question meant to ask "What was the birth name of your favorite actress before she changed it?" It was Mary Louise Streep. I know you can guess who that is.
