Introduction Living a creative life; dancing to the beat of my own drum! I’m an Interior Designer working as a picture framer! I paint with soft pastel & adore mixed media, but most of my work is now made with needle & thread! I love to use antique & vintage linens mixed with Indian sari & Japanese kimono scraps and commercial printed cottons. My favourite motifs are: hearts, birds, the tree of life & landscape images. I am a country girl at heart but I love all the city has to offer! I am always trying something different to add to my repertoire! I’m a bit of a gypsy having moved house often! My intent for this blog is for it to be a record of my puddleduck journey through creativity. I adore that I am meeting some wonderful creative people along the path! A belief that I hold strongly is that we create our own reality and that our lives are permanent Works in Progress! I also believe that everyone is creative in their own way & adore seeing how others express themselves!
