| Introduction | I'm a Christ-follower, a son, a brother, a husband, a father, and hopefully a good friend. A Southern California native who believes home is where you let it be. Most comfortable in old jeans, a T-shirt and sandals, I am an enthusiastic musician, occasional songwriter and avid motorcyclist. I enjoy building community with new friends and trying to impact issues that matter. It is my good fortune to make a living doing what I love to do and would voluntarily do if no one was willing to pay me. |
| Interests | Walking with people who are looking to find God, hanging out with my wife and kids, making music with other musicians, riding motorcycles. |
| Favorite movies | Not a certifiable movie goer, but... "Brian's Song" --first movie that made me cry, "On Any Sunday" -- fanned the motorcycle flame into obsession, "Jaws" -- kept the beaches clear of "tourists" for years which gave us more waves to surf, "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" -- nearly as much fun to watch as it is to quote, "Passion of the Christ" -- disturbed me for all the right reasons, "Schindler's List" -- "Whoever saves one life, saves the world entire, "Saving Private Ryan" -- "Tell me I was a good man...", "Big" -- because I'm still growing up and learning to like where I am, "Napoleon Dynamite" -- just because. |
| Favorite music | I'm pretty much all over the map, Indie, classical, jazz, Texas Blues, rock, pop, Gregorian chants, folk, Texas Swing, you play it, I'll listen, However, I seem to have a shorter attention span for country, and I find opera a little difficult to cover in the shower, Music, regardless of form, is beautiful |
| Favorite books | I enjoy reads that cultivate my imagination, stretch my mind, and challenge my beliefs |
You're wearing a sweater that stretches down to your feet. What color belt do you put on?
Belt? Who cares about the belt? It's all about the shoes, baby... it's all about the shoes!!!
