| Introduction | I can be described as a lot of things. These things describe me, they don't define me. Although I am a teacher and coach, that's not my life. I'm also a wife and proud momma of a yellow Labrador Retriver named Sofie (I haven't decided who likes to eat more, me or her). I love to cook. Cooking to me is trying new things, different recipes, whatever comes to mind. I try to eat by the moment - decide something that sounds good and then recreate it. I have tried and true favorites. Recipes I have stolen from my mom's kitchen or food that my husband and I enjoy so much we have it often. I hope you enjoy the food as much as I do. |
