| Introduction | SHERRY- OLDPEOPLEVILLE, FLORIDA. I'm an age-group runner & triathlete; a USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach; and a RRCA Certified Running Coach. I went from the Couch to 5K running program in December 2007 to an entirely new way of living. I am totally hooked on endurance sports and continue to look for new ways to challenge myself mentally & physically. This blog chronicles the steps that I take towards making my life a healthier, happier place. You will find training/racing updates, product reviews, a few food experiments & recipes and some other odds and ends that enrich my life. I'm happily married to the best guy in the world (also an endurance sports junkie) and we are the proud parents of three 'furry' kids. |
