Introduction	I am new to this diet and am not on it by choice. A little over a year ago, I got sick with Giardia and was diagnosed with IBS, anemia & depression. At the same time, my 21 year old brother was forced to drop out of school due to a sudden and unexplainable change in his personality, behavior and cognition. After nearly a year of doctors, tests & sicknesses we were deemed "intolerant", maybe even allergic. Since then, gluten and dairy seem to have crept into every aspect of my life affecting my work, love, sex, food, social life... the list goes on. And I can't stop talking about it. So in order to give the people in my life a break from constantly hearing the latest news on my bodily functions and diet demands, I've decided to start writing about it.
