| Introduction | Afincado en Galicia, España desde agosto 1991. Trabajo de profesor de inglés en la Escuela Naval Militar de Marín (Pontevedra). También trabajo de periodista de turismo/viajes. He publicado extensos reportajes en la revista Living Spain Magazine, la más importante sobre España del Reino Unido. En 2007 fui nombrado Caballero del Albariño por el Serenismo Capitulo de Vino Albariño en reconocimiento por mi aportación a la consolidación de Cambados, 'Cuna del Albariño', como destino turistico internacional. Based in Galicia, Spain since August 1991, I work as an English teacher at the Escuela Naval Militar (Naval College) in Marín, Pontevedra. I also find the time to work as a travel writer and have published numerous articles in Living Spain Magazine, the UK's leading publication on Spain. In 2007 I was invited to take the oath as a Knight of Albariño in recognition of my work in the promotion and consolidation of Cambados, the 'Cradle of Albariño Wine', as an international tourist destination. |
