| Introduction | Life, it can change so quickly instantly. Accepting the change is hard to do, picking oneself up and dusting off with so many emotions to deal with. The past causing depression and the future presenting anxiety, what direction to go, to find yourself in a labyrinth wondering where the exit is. I invite you to share my journey of personal growth after I pushed my reset button to rebuild my life and start over. To gain focus for my mental well being I started writing and drawing in which I share with you. I hope you will enjoy them.
