| Introduction | Once upon a time there was an afternoon WI but that wasn't ideal for young mums and working women so they set up an evening WI - maybe you could call it an early version of WI Lite! That was 50 years ago and our WI is still going strong. We have our regular monthly meetings, but also plenty of social events, craft get-togethers, walks, community events etc. |
