Introduction | Isaac Prilleltensky, an award winning humor writer and community psychologist, is Dean of the School of Education and Human Development and Vice Provost for Institutional Culture at the University of Miami. He is the author of over 120 academic papers and 8 books on well-being, including the forthcoming "The Laughing Guide to Well-Being: Using Humor and Science to Become Happier and Healthier" (2016, Rowman & Littlefield). Isaac is interested in the promotion of well-being in individuals, organizations, and communities. Isaac has lectured in 25 countries in five continents and consults with organizations on well-being, strategic planning, organizational culture, and change.
