Introduction	I live in the Seattle area with my ever indulgent husband, two girls who know their own minds and keep me on my toes and a dachshund who constantly demands attention when he's not sleeping. I enjoy cooking healthy, nourishing meals for my family, eating not-so-healthy but decadent pastries and gelato and leading an active lifestyle to counteract all of those pastries.
