Introduction	I was born and grew up in Kyoto ,famous ancient city and,moved to Hyogo after my marriage.We lived there for 25 years and brought up our 3 children. Living in Singapore was a big challenge for me as I was absolutely satisfied with my life in Japan with good friends,close relatives,a favourite job and a cozy home with a small vegetable farm.But,my new life in Singapore has given me what I had not have;and that was foreign friends!Now,I've got many friends all over the world and they make my life more exciting. I also started my Japanese blog to share my experiences in Singapore with Japanese readers. Actually after my marriage,I studied in a school for a year taking up Cookery as the subject.So I 've qualification of a chef. I've experiences in teaching both Japanese and Singaporean home cooked food;but now I teach macrobatic.I believe that this is the best way to protect our bodies and our planet Earth! Now,I 've a plan to teach both Singaporean and Japanese delicacies in Singapore after my husband 's retirement,which is this year.
