Introduction	A homegrown native Utahn who went back to school last year to become a biology teacher and have since added chemistry and environmental sciences to the list. Married to my soul mate for seven years so far and one rambunctious daughter who keeps me on my toes! I also have a fifty five pound "lap dog" to round out my family.

Favorite movies	Firefly, Emma, Pride and Prejudice (the newer one), Snatch, Princess Bride, America's Test Kitchen (which I have on DVD so can count as a movie!)
Favorite music	The Black Keys, Stevie Ray Vaughn, M Ward, Andrew Bird, Nick Drake, Dave Matthews, Florence and the Machine, Mumford and Sons, Band of Horses
Favorite books	Diamond Age or The Young Lady's Illustrated Primer, Anathem, Biology of Normal, loads of Scientific Journals
