Introduction	I am a full-time teacher, mom and wife. Just like many others in this country, we are currently a one-income household. As a family, we have learned that there are certain expenses we have no control over (such as the mortgage and certain utilities). But we can control the cost of food and basic toiletries, as well as clothing and toys.
