Introduction I was a corporate trainer for Xerox and Kinko's and developed a variety of training programs to increase employee satisfaction & efficiency. I also started twisting balloons over 15 years ago, creating art and enjoyment in a multitude of venues. This led me to discover the ways in which twisting the familiar can create the amazing. Now, utilizing concepts from Total Quality Leadership, Stephen Covey, Lean Six Sigma, FISH, and many more programs, I've combines the elements of fun and the power of business to bring you an experience that will leave you and your team empowered and still wanting more.
